This is an amazing looking colourful jelly you can eat as a savoury dish, or just add some sweetener to the recipe below and enjoy it as a dessert.
Preparation time: 5 min. Cooking time: 15 min to 20 min. Ready in: 45 min to 1 hour.
2 cups strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
2 tbsp agar agar
1 cup spring water
1/2 lemon, the juice
1 pinch salt
Cook agar agar with water and a pinch of salt in a covered pot, stirring occasionally, about 20 min or until agar agar dissolves.
Add berries and lemon juice and stirr to mix. Pour in pudding cups and allow to set in the fridge from 45 min to 1 hour, till set and firm.
Unmould the jellies on a dish and serve with a side salad, such as baby spinach leaves.
