Strawberries with vegetal cream and raw vegan chocolate sauce

To care for your health and treat yourself without guilt, here you have this recipe for a healthy dessert; a dessert full of colour and flavour though surprisingly light.

Serves 4
Ingredients
32 medium strawberries
For the cream
2 c. cashews, soaked overnight
1 tsp vanilla seeds
1/2 c. spring water
1/2 lemon, the juice
For the chocolate sauce
2 tbsp raw pure cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut oil, liquid
1 pinch salt
4 tbsp agave nectar (or to taste)
1/2 c. spring water
Preparation method
For the cream
Place all the ingredients for the cream in a jar blender and blend until creamy smooth.
Save this mousse in a glass bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving, so that the cream gains consistency.
For the chocolate sauce
Combine the coconut oil with the pure cacao powder and salt and mix until a smooth paste forms. Add the agave nectar and water and whisk vigorously until the sauce thickens.
Use glass cups to place strawberries, cover with cream and add a final layer of chocolate sauce.
